Most orders are shipped within a week.  Everything is shipped  priority mail, which takes up to 3 days in the lower 48.  If you need your order shipped faster, let us know; we can most likely do it!  If the picture is in our on line catalog, it's in stock (unless the catalog says it's sold out).

If you need extra length on an item we will need a waist to ankle measurement.  Most sleeves can be changed from long to short or short to long.  Just ask us.  We love your feedback and suggestions!

PAYMENT POLICY

Online payment is through PayPal (you don't need to join PayPal to pay by credit card), for the highest security possible in on-line ordering.  We also accept payment with Visa and Mastercard over the phone, and checks (personal, business or cashier) or money orders by mail.  Shipping is included in the price of the item.

International Orders: If ordering from outside the U.S., you will pay the exchange rate at the time your credit card is charged. International orders require payment through one of the credit cards listed.  Buyer pays additional shipping costs outside the U.S.

RETURN POLICY

All items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Refund will be sent within 30 days of our receiving, less a 20% restocking & handling charge.   Defective merchandise will be exchanged with no restocking charge, or a full refund or exchange given if fabric or size is no longer available.  Return ship prepaid to Anna Bouché Returns, 1918 Jerome Place, Helena, Montana, 59601

E-Mail: Send your request with items, quantity, name, shipping address and a day time phone number where we can reach you (you can copy/paste the following into your e-mail program), and send it to annette@annabouche.com.  We will confirm all orders and take your payment information over the phone within 48 hours.  If you have not received a response within 48 hours please call us.
